Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon 2011
The Nonprofit Resource Center celebrated National Volunteer Week 2011 (http://www.handsonnetwork.org/nationalprograms/signatureevents/nvw) by hosting a luncheon at the Muskogee Civic Center for 28 of Muskogee’s active volunteers, April 19, 2011.
Nominated volunteers were announced at the banquet and received a gift and certificate of appreciation for their service to the community.
In 2010 36 volunteers from 20 different Muskogee organizations were honored during the Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon was April 22 at the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame. That event was sponsored by Muskogee Rotary Club.
