The Vision - New Voices is designed to help nonprofit boards find new board members.

Boards in Muskogee seem to be incestuous, that is each person on a board sit on 3-4 boards. They go off one and move right to another. It is hard for an inexperienced board member or a younger professional to be asked to sit on a board.

A system will be developed to register the participants and record their personal information, interests, and knowledge based assets for database purposes.
